CareBreaks Whether your family is looking for support temporarily or on an ongoing basis CareBreaks is a free or low-cost* service for Rhode Island residents providing unpaid caregivers a short-term break from the daily responsibility of caring for a child or adult with disabilities, or elder loved one. CareBreaks is here to provide support and respite for the caregiver while offering peace of mind while you take a break knowing that your loved one is being cared for by a professionally qualified person.
